Gilmour has a line of gardening tools that are meant to inspire “Aha!” moments. We created a series of videos that showcased the unique designs of various nozzles, hoses, and sprinklers. An interesting challenge comes when you have a teal product shot on a blue screen with green grass in the frame. How do you key out the blue screen? By turning it purple in post!

This video, in particular, needed to be updated after stop motion photography had been shot and the spots had been finished. Thankfully, I was able to get a CAD file from Gilmour’s product designers, shade and light it in 3D, and seamlessly composite it back into the spot.
